1)You exist from 2005.You have already 2 cds and a new ep and 5000 cds sold .Did you expect this
success?....
In general I might say that’s nothing equal to success we really need, coz first 2 works were done in style different from actual, and they were just a ground to grow, to achieve our own idea of music we want to play. Btw – our last EP “Synthetic Breed” which was released just for promotional purposes is now sold in 3000 copies, and it performs a promotion for us more than first works. For now we know exactly the way we will grow and achieve our own place on musical Olympus.....

2) Your influences?....

We are inspired by a lot of strong and musically different acts, such as Fear factory, Soilwork, Suicide Commando and whole EBM genre, Prodigy, Static-X. As I answering briefly on questions like that usually – “We define our main way of playing of cyber-metal is Style where we mix powerful rhythmic riffs and melodic progressions with electronics and cyber key parts, as well we include catchy cleanvoice refrains with original melodies”. For people who didn’t know our stuff I may explain this in a couple of words as parallels with bands they know: Our place is where Prodigy meets Fear Factory and The Kovenant. ....

3)You have a lot of live experience.What is the feeling to be on the stage in front of a crowd?....

Interesting question, to be honest I need to say – that’s really exciting feeling, besides of a many gigs played I still feel nervous just before we enter the stage, but once we enter the stage i feel no fear, just a kind of exciting, inspiring sense, working on the stage, controlling every second, inhaling the energy of people. Each gig we estimate as some kind of arena fight, competition in the way We vs the Crowd))) and as strongly people are starting to headbanging so our show is goes more incendiary. ....

4)How difficult is for a band to find a good contract with a label?With the numbers you have sold i think it is easy for you am i wrong?....

It’s a very difficult period when you don’t have a good contract, but once you had it…And nothing really changed, coz in each case you need to work hard to become more powerful, to fit the interest of metal-masses. Although we are not a starlike band, actually and we have same problems as rest of bands in the world, firstly band needs a good and very talented management, coz many talented artists are unknown coz they don’t know how to show their unigue to people, on other hand the metal music market is overcrowded with a lots of unworthy releases. Finally I might say – everyday you need to work and then probably you will achieve the fame, but you need to see abstractly on your creations, maybe they’re not worthy to become famous, and this moment you need to free the road to a more talented artist.....

5)Tell me about the lyrics?who writes them?what are they talking about?....

I’m the author of our lyrics, tha main influences are high-tech world and relative Sci-fi themes such as cyber issues, implants, modified DNA, extra-terrestrials, anthropogenic disasters, cloning… so as we propose us as a band playing the modern and future music, we have the same themes in lyrics, coz we like to do something ours.....

6)Tell me about your future plans?your new cd?a tour maybe?....
Now we are working on a new coming album , entitled “Damage Theory”, where we have many international guest musicians like Tony JJ (ex-Mnemic / IconInMe) , Guitar virtuoso from UK- Mick Priestley (The Green River Project) , Polish maniac - Adam Adsinner (HATE), and one of world's leading Cyber-Punks Kendji Sirotori (Japan). Our studio diaries are available at our myspace page www.myspace.com/illidiance so our listeners will are able to check out ourworking process and expect the result, also there is a lot of funny moments))) After the official release of an album we plan to hit the road, now we are scheduled to play Eastern European solo tour, Russian tour with SYBREED from Switzerland in spring, and solo tour in CIS Countries, Western European tour with Sybreed in Autumn. We surely want to come and play in Greece! As well with this album we expect to make a videoclip to one song, and it will be surely positive to be interviewed by you in future))) hehe. Going further we are engaging some PR agencies to work with press to spread the word of a Russian act ILLIDIANCE. Finally I might say its seems for us to have a lot of work, and spend a lot of budget on promotion, but we will receive fans, and reach the new shores, as well we will highly appreciate if you’ll report about our gigs in future)))) ....
