In late 2005, Birmingham, AL based band Within Reason took the stage for the first time. With influences ranging all over the board, the band was able to create a sound that is a fusion of musical genres that all rock. Six short months after releasing their first demo, the band began racking up awards and played live on worldwide television (One Tree Hill) to an audience of over 4 million viewers. The release of their first full length record "Bloodshot Life", recorded by platinum producer Rick Beato (Shinedown), took the band out on the road to tour and perform with acts such as: Bret Michaels, Hinder, Chevelle, Akon, Saliva, Saving Abel, Blues Traveler, Halestorm, Black Stone Cherry, Pop Evil, and Days of the New amongst several others. With songs featured in both film and video games, ... including Golden Tee 2010, fans from around the world began following the band. Operating independently since day one they were able to close 2011 with over 135,000 downloads sold online. The new record titled "After the Crawl", recorded by Grammy nominated Nick Chahwala (Katy Perry), is set for release in March 2012. This will not be the last time you hear about Within Reason!
