Res Publica is a Rock/Reggae/Funk band from Lansing Michigan. They incorporate many genres, a full horn section, two guitar players, and multiple singers into their unique sound. One of the key components of Res Publica’s music is the message behind the songs. They are deeply involved with charitable work with such groups as: The Whisper Campaign, Calling All Crows, and The American Red Cross. They donate 20% of all their profits to genocide relief in Sudan and encourage everyone to get involved in helping with any of these organizations and others like them.
