Having Issues Counts You Out

How come if someone is having a hard time dealing with somthing of their past they get ridculed for it and not helped? I know this guy named kyle and he has been forced threw three foster families and of the three two were abusive? And for that he grew into this kid with depression and hatred for anyone with a stable home. Instead of someone helping him though all the adults that seen what was going on and seen the scars on his legs and chest and arms they just put him in solitude and said that he was a "bad kid" and they left it at that?!?! Because of people like them MY BEST FRIEND DIED!!!!!!!! I couldnt do it alone and I told all of them that and they didnt listen and because of them my friends funeral is today!! But of cours NO ONE SEEN IT COMING OH NO!! of course not they turned there head and plugged there ears when he tried to get help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I hate adults, they never look right in front of them, they always try to look "Deep" into wat ever they are looking at it. I hate this, why could they not just see wat was going on? and why didnt they ask him wat was going on, he told anyone that would listen !!! but no, because of sterio types they just thought that it was a phase and that he was just acting out.... I WONDER WHY HE WAS ACTING OUT!!!! ITS NOT THAT HARD TO SEE WAT WAS GOING ON, HIS MOM WAS A DRUNK AND HIS DAD WAS ABUSIVE BECAUSE OF HIS MOTHER AND HIS FUCKING UNCLE WAS SEXUALLY HARMFUL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I HATE PEOPLE AND I HATE HOW LIFE IS SO UNFAIR!!!!
