The band was formed in March 2010 by a group of young, yet highly talented musicians in Middletown Maryland. In less than three months, they have managed to develop nine original songs into a theme synergistic with their name. In June of 2010, founding member David Glaze left the band, but kept all of his recorded parts on the debut. The band’s sound is unique and mature. The music falls mainly into the Post Rock Genre with hints of Progressive and Alternative: melodic, energetic, mesmerizing and an occasional heavy edge. With no vocalist, this instrumental band’s music is led by the melodies of the rhythm and lead guitar riffs by Joe Dorsey. The driving drums of Sam Dorsey give the band a harder edge, integrated at times with off-beat Jazzy time signatures. The band’s sound is pulled together with the complex, yet energetic Bass lines of Tanner Beard. Ambient guitar noodling and improvisation of guest musician David Glaze helps create a full body sound – almost symphonic at times. Most people seeing this band for the first time can not believe that there are only three young musicians. The band expects to complete their debut Full Length CD in June, and will be playing shows in Maryland and Virginia throughout the summer of 2010. In the Fall they will continue promoting their CD while working on their studies. They released their self titled debut on August 19th, 2010.
